Abstract

This study aims to describe the evaluation of learning through Project Based Learning (PjBL) assignments. PjBL is an innovative learning model that emphasizes student involvement in real projects, enabling them to develop critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity skills. The evaluation in PjBL does not only focus on final results but also on the learning process, student participation, and character development. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing various sources related to PjBL implementation in elementary education. The results show that PjBL evaluation is more comprehensive compared to conventional assessment because it integrates cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. However, challenges such as time constraints, assessment complexity, and teacher readiness still need attention. Therefore, the use of clear rubrics and proper planning is essential to optimize learning evaluation.
