Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction Berbantu Media Kyard terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Kelas IV SD Kecamatan Madiun pada Materi Kekayaan Budaya Indonesia

Abstract


Science is one of the subjects that is suitable to be taught in elementary schools. The way teachers deliver science learning is still tense and boring, this causes many students' learning achievements to be below the KKM. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the problem based instruction model assisted by kyard media on the learning achievement of fourth grade students of elementary school in Madiun District on the material of Indonesian cultural wealth. The type of research used is quantitative research with an experimental method. The design in this study uses quasi-experimental design. The research sample was obtained from 15 fourth grade students of SDN Banjarsari 02 and 15 fourth grade students of SDN Sumberejo 02. The sampling technique used was random sumption. The data collection technique in this study was through tests and documentation. The instruments used were validity and reliability tests. The validity test used product moments correlation and the reliability test used the alpha test. Data analysis used prerequisite tests (normality test and homogeneity test) and hypothesis testing used the T test. Based on the results of the study obtained > from or 7.908 > 1.944 then H1 is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effectiveness of using the problem based instruction learning model assisted by kyard media on the learning achievement of grade IV elementary school students in Madiun District on the material on Indonesian cultural wealth.
