Penerapan Media Corner Clock dalam Pembelajaran yang Menyenangkan pada Materi Jenis-jenis Sudut

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using media in learning types of mathematical materials. This media can help students understand the concept of angles through a concrete and manipulative approach that is in accordance with the stage of thinking of elementary school students. The research method used is explained using data observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. The results of media use indicate that the application of media can improve students' understanding of the material and active participation during the learning process. Based on the results of student worksheets (LKPD), 95% of students obtained scores above the average KKM (75) individually. In addition, this media also makes it easier for teachers to deliver interesting material. One of the reasons for its application is the durability of media materials made of Styrofoam which can be easily damaged when used without teacher supervision considering the characteristics of elementary school students who are still actively moving. Therefore, corner clock media has been proven effective in creating a comfortable learning atmosphere and is easy for students to understand.
