Pengaruh Penggunaan E-LKPD Berbantu Media Wordwall Terhadap Kemampuan Numerasi Siswa Kelas 5 SD

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of using electronic student worksheets (E-LKPD) assisted by Wordwall media on the numeracy skills of fifth-grade elementary school students. The background of this research is based on the low numeracy ability of students, especially in solving word problems and understanding whole numbers, as well as the limited use of interactive learning media in classrooms. E-LKPD and Wordwall were selected because both are digital media tools that are considered capable of increasing student engagement and learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically the pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students at SDN Patihan, consisting of an experimental class and a control class. The research instrument was a numeracy test based on contextual problems, which had been validated and tested for reliability. Data analysis was performed using an independent t-test with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was a significant difference in numeracy achievement between the experimental and control classes after the treatment. The average posttest score of the experimental class was 90.38, which was higher than the control class at 73.75. The significance value of the t-test was 0.000 < 0.05, which means the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) is accepted. Thus, the use of E-LKPD assisted by Wordwall media has a significant effect on improving students’ numeracy skills.
