PENYUSUNAN E-BOOK BERBASIS RISET UJI EFEKTIVITAS INSEKTISIDA dari BUAH BINTARO (Cerberra odollam) dan DAUN MIMBA (Azadirachta indica) TERHADAP MORTALITAS dan WAKTU LETHAL JANGKRIK (Gryllus bimaculatus)

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of bioinsecticides from Bintaro fruit (Cerberra odollam) and neem leaves (Azadirachta indica) on the mortality and lethal time of crickets (Gryllus bimaculatus). The results of the research will be made a Biotechnology E-Book for Class XII SMA. This study used a simple extraction method using aquadesh as the solvent with a ratio of 1: 1, and the immersion method as a way of applying Bintaro fruit and neem leaf extracts. Bintaro fruit and neem leaf extract concentrations used were 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 100% and the pesticide Chlormite 400 as positive control (Kartimi. 2016). The research was repeated 3 times. The parameters observed were cricket mortality and cricket lethal time. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test to look for cricket mortality, and the probit analysis test to determine the length of death of the crickets. The results obtained were that the bintaro fruit and neem leaf extracts could kill Gryllus bimaculatus at the most 100% concentration of bintaro fruit and neem leaf extracts in 2 days (48 hours). The higher the concentration levels in the extract of Bintaro fruit and neem leaves, the more and faster the crickets (Gryllus bimaculatus) will die.
