PENYUSUNAN ENSIKLOPEDIA BERBASIS IDENTIFIKASI KEANEKARAGAMAN TANAMAN OBAT DI KAWASAN HUTAN PINUS PANGKUAN KABUPATEN PONOROGO SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR SMA KELAS X PADA MATERI KENAKARAGAMAN HAYATI

Abstract


The Pangkuan Pine Forest area is a pine forest locatedn Ponorogo Regency which is a pine forest which is divided into two areas including Banu which has an altitude of 700 meters above sea level with an area of 350 m2 and with the Kontho area having a height of 1000 meters above sea level with an area of 250 m2. The forest has various potentials, both flora and fauna. One of the wild plants found in the lap pine forest area has potential as medicine. The research was conducted using exploratory techniques with the method of descriptive observations. Data collection was carried out by conducting interviews and direct observation in the field. By identifying the morphological types of medicinal plants that have been found. The data collection technique was carried out by direct interviews and by direct observation at the research site.By making a 12-plot design with a total of 12 plots, 1 plot measuring 100 x 50 m2 consisting of 5 plots with a distance of 2 m each with one plot having an area 18x18 m .. Data analysis techniques include identification of medicinal plants, diversity index and encyclopedia compilation. Based on the results of the study, there were 19 species from 10 orders and 6 habitus in the Banu area. In the control area, 15 species from 5 habitus were found. With a total of 22 species from 15 orders and 6 habitus, the most common habitus is found in shrub habitus consisting of 8 species, and liana and bamboo habitus only 1 species each. The diversity of medicinal plants is known by calculating the Shannon-Whiener diversity index (H). The results obtained from the diversity index in the Banu area were found in plot 1 (1.77), while the lowest index was found in the Kontho region which was on plot 3 of (1.01). From these results it can be seen that the diversity of medicinal plants in the moderate category of productivity is sufficient, the condition of the ecosystem is quite balanced, because it is in the range less than 3, 32 and greater than 1. The results of encyclopedia validation show that the criteria are "valid / feasible" to be used with a percentage of 72.5 %.
