Prediksi PDRB Provinsi di Indonesia Menggunakan Pendekatan Machine Learning Berbasis Data BPS 2021 2025

Abstract


Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) merupakan indikator penting kinerja ekonomi daerah. Penelitian ini membandingkan lima model machine learning (Linear Regression, Ridge Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, dan Gradient Boosting) untuk memprediksi PDRB ADHB berdasarkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, persentase penduduk miskin, jumlah penduduk, dan Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka menggunakan 178 data BPS periode 2021–2025. Data dibagi 80:20, dievaluasi dengan 5-fold cross validation, dan dioptimasi menggunakan GridSearchCV. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Gradient Boosting memberikan performa terbaik dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,9642 pada data uji dan meningkat menjadi 0,9724 setelah hyperparameter tuning. Analisis feature importance menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk merupakan faktor paling berpengaruh dalam prediksi PDRB, diikuti oleh Indeks Pembangunan Manusia.
