Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to develop a web-based information system that facilitates content management and accelerates information services. An initial evaluation using usability testing showed that the average user acceptance scores for usability attributes such as learnability, efficiency, memorability, and satisfaction were above 3 (on a 1–5 scale), while the score for the errors aspect remained below average, indicating user confusion during data input and system interaction. To address these problems, the system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. The development successfully resolved the main limitations of the previous system and enhanced content management capabilities. A follow-up usability testing yielded a score of 96.13%, which falls into the “Excellent” category. These results indicate that the developed system significantly improved reliability, usability, and user satisfaction.
