Optimization of Determinants of Best Employee Selection Using AHP Method at PT Aldana Teknik Indonesia

Abstract


One of the important resources in a company are employees. Without employees, PT Aldana Teknik Indonesia will not be able to carry out its operational activities. Therefore, efforts are needed to optimize employee performance, one of which is selecting the best performing employees. This research aims to optimize the best employee selection process using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method allows systematic and criteria-based decision making. Data is collected by conducting an interview process with the human resource manager at PT Aldana Teknik Indonesia. The results of the AHP calculation will show the priority weight of each criterion and rank the best employees fairly, transparently, and rationally. Thus, the result of this study is that discipline criteria are the most dominant factor in determining the best employees. The employee with the highest assessment is Yuda, ranked first. This research can be a reference to making more effective and objective human resource decisions in the future.
