Usability Analysis of The Gigi.id Website Using The Usability Scale System (SUS)
Abstract
Abstract - The rise of digital health innovations aimed at providing information and services related to health is becoming increasingly prevalent. Oral and dental health is one area that is beginning to garner more attention from the public. gigi.id is a website that provides various dental health features. However, many users experienced difficulties in using this website. Therefore, it was essential to conduct a comprehensive usability evaluation of this website. This study aimed to evaluate the usability of the gigi.id website using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. gigi.id is a digital health platform that provides information and services related to dental and oral health. The evaluation involved 50 respondents who used the website and then completed the SUS questionnaire. The method employed involved data collection through a questionnaire consisting of 10 statements using a Likert scale. The results of this evaluation showed that the gigi.id website obtained an average SUS score of 65.75. This score indicated that the usability level of the gigi.id website was in the "OK" range but still required improvements to achieve a higher usability level.
