ANALISIS PENGARUH KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL PADA KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract


Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja pada karyawan. Metode yang dipakai dalamexplanatory research dengan pendekatan kausalitasPopulasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Kantor Cabang Utama PT. Bank Negara Indonesia 46, Tbk (Persero) di wilayah operasional Madiun. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunakan metode sensus dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ii adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifian antara kecerdasan spiritualitas pada kinerja karyawan.
