Efektivitas konseling behavior teknik symbolic modeling untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa

Abstract
Bullying behavior is an aggressive action or behavior that is carried out repeatedly and over a certain period of time, against a victim who cannot defend himself. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Group Counseling Behavioral Symbolic Modeling Techniques to Reduce Bullying Behavior for Class VIII Students at MTS Negeri 10 Madiun. This study uses experimental quantitative test techniques with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. With a sample of 21, 6 results from the Solvin formula were used and a bullying questionnaire was used for data collection. The Wilcoxon test is used in the data analysis method. The findings show that the average score on the posttest is greater than the average score on the pretest. Based on the results above, it can be concluded that the behavioral group counseling service using symbolic modeling techniques is effective in reducing bullying behavior
