Penerapan Bimbingan Kelompok Teknik Art Therapy untuk Mereduksi Kejenuhan Belajar Siswa

Burnout academic is a condition in which a person feels emotional fatigue, physical fatigue, depersonalization/cynicism towards learning activities, and decreased motivation to learn so that they cannot complete their tasks properly. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of art therapy technique group guidance services to reduce burnout academic of grade XI students at SMAN 4 Madiun. This type of research is a quantitative experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest research design with a population of 260 students. The research sample was 6 students. In this study, a hypothesis test was used, namely the Wilcoxon Test with the help of the SPSS Version 26 application. The results of this study show that the average score of the pretest of 82% is in the very high category and the average score of the posttest of 43% is in the medium category. From the results of the comparison of the average score of the pretest and posttest, there was a significant change, namely a decrease in the average score of 33% after being given the service. So it can be concluded that the application of group guidance with art therapy techniques is effective in reducing the burnout academic of grade XI students of SMAN 4 Madiun
