Studi etnobotani tumbuhan obat myrtaceae di Lereng Gunung Lawu, Pulau Jawa, Indonesia
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi dan mengetahui tumbuhan penting yang digunakan untuk bahan obat tradisional dari famili Myrtaceae di area Gunung Lawu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Sombo dan desa Poncol, kecamatan Poncol, kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling purposive dan snowball. Metode dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuisioner semi-terstruktur dengan pertanyaan open-ended. Data yang didapat kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik SUV, FL, PPV. Data yang hasil analisis menghasilkan 3 tumbuhan penting dari famili Myrtaceae yaitu, jambu biji dengan SUV 1,00 dan untuk DBD (11%) dan diare 100%, salam dengan SUV 0,50 untuk diare (100%), dan cengkeh dengan SUV 0,50 untuk nyeri (100%).Tumbuhan penting dari famili Myrtaceae yang sering digunakan oleh masyarakat daerah gunung lawu yang bertempat di desa Poncol dan Sombo adalah jambu biji sebagai antidiare, salam untuk diare, dan cengkeh untuk diare.
