This study used a quantitative method where a questionnaire with a Likert scale was given to 385 respondents who were chosen through purposive sampling. The data was analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, and the analysis was done with the SmartPLS software version 4.1. This study shows that managing talent and keeping work-life balance in check have a good and meaningful effect on keeping employees and making them more involved at work. Also, being involved at work has a good and meaningful effect on keeping employees.Employee involvement is also shown to be a key factor that helps connect how talent management and work-life balance affect employee retention.
