THE INFULENCE OF EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT, SELF-EFFICACY, AND ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE ON ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, self-efficacy, and organizational justice on organizational commitment among employees of PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 94 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed with SPSS through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and t-tests. The results show that employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, with organizational justice providing the most dominant contribution. Together, the three independent variables explain 67.55% of the variation in organizational commitment. This study recommends that the company continuously strengthen employee engagement, self-efficacy, and organizational justice to reinforce employees’ organizational commitment.
