PENGARUH FINANCIAL LITERACY DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT BEHAVIOUR PENGGUNA SHOPEE PAYLATER PADA GENERASI Z DI KARESIDENAN MADIUN

Abstract


The research aims to discuss the effect of Financial Literacy and Locus of Control on the Financial Management Behaviour of Generation Z Shopee Paylater users in Madiun Prefecture. The research population is Shopee Paylater users with an age range of 17-27 years (generation Z). The sample used was 310 respondents spread across the Madiun Prefecture. Data was obtained through direct distribution using google Forms and using Likert scale measurements. The research data was tested using the Outer Model, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Test. The data was processed using SMARTPLS 4.0. The results showed that Financial Literacy (x1) affects Financial Management Behaviour (y), Locus of Control (x2) affects Financial Management Behaviour (y), and Financial Literacy (x1) and Locus of Control (x2) simultaneously affect Financial Management Behaviour (y).
