Abstract


The aim of this research is to empirically prove the influence of workload on employee performance with work stress as a mediating variable at PT. Inka Multi Solusi Madiun. This research is quantitative research with a sample size of 160 respondents. The sampling method is using saturated samples. Data collection uses a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique uses test equipment in the form of SmartPLS3.0 software. The results of this research show that workload influences the performance of PT employees. Inka Multi Solusi Madiun, Workforce influences PT Work Stress. Inka Multi Solusi Madiun, Job Stress has no effect on PT Employee Performance. Inka Multi Solusi Madiun, and Workload affects Employee Performance through Job Stress.
