PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA DAN MANAJEMEN WAKTU TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN INSTALASI FARMASI RSUD DR SOEROTO

Abstract


The objective of this research is to provide empirical evidence regarding the impact of work ability and time management on the productivity of employees in the Pharmacy Department at RSUD Dr. Soeroto Ngawi. The data used is primary data collected through questionnaires from a sample of 62 respondents. This study employs a quantitative approach using SPSS version 25 for data analysis. The results indicate that work ability has a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the Pharmacy Department at RSUD Dr. Soeroto Ngawi. Similarly, time management also positively and significantly influences their work productivity. Together, work ability and time management simultaneously impact the productivity of employees in the Pharmacy Department at RSUD Dr. Soeroto Ngawi.
