PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN DUKUNGAN KELUARGA TERHADAP MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA

Abstract


This research aims to provide empirical evidence on the influence of Self-Efficacy and Family Support on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Generation Z in Bagi Village, Madiun Regency. This study employs a quantitative research method. The research sample consists of 292 Generation Z individuals from Bagi Village, Madiun Regency, who were surveyed through a questionnaire. The data collection technique used in this research is Nonprobability Sampling, with the sampling method being Purposive Sampling. Data analysis for this research was conducted using the SmartPLS 4.1.0.3 program, with the analysis including Validity Tests, Reliability Tests, R-Square (R²), Predictive Relevance (Q²), and Path Coefficient. The results of this study show that: 1) Self-Efficacy does not influence the Entrepreneurial Interest of Generation Z in Bagi Village, Madiun Regency, 2) Family Support has a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Generation Z in Bagi Village, Madiun Regency, 3) Self-Efficacy and Family Support together have a positive and significant effect on the Entrepreneurial Interest of Generation Z in Bagi Village, Madiun Regency.
