PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA, WORK LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PERAWAT PNS DI RSUD dr. SOEDONO MADIUN

Abstract


This research aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of the work environment and work-life balance on the productivity of civil servant nurses at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The population of this study consisted of 324 civil servant nurses at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun taken through a questionnaire. The data collection technique uses a probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis method was carried out using the SmartPLS 4 and SPSS 25 programs. The research results showed that: 1) The work environment had a positive and significant effect on work productivity at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun. 2) Work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on work productivity at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun. 3) The work environment and work-life balance simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on work productivity at RSUD dr. Soedono Madiun.
