PENGARUH SERVICESCAPE, FASILITAS, DAN CITRA DESTINASI WISATA TERHADAP MINAT BERKUNJUNG ULANG (STUDI KASUS PADA PAHLAWAN STREET CENTER KOTA MADIUN)

Abstract


Indonesia is a country that has a variety of natural and artificial tourism diversity. In terms of tourism, there are many tours that our country can be proud of, because there are some that are not owned by other countries in the world. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Servicescape, Facilities, and Image of Tourist Destinations on Repeat Interests (Case Study on Heroes of Street Center in Madiun City). Sampling as many as 384 respondents. This type of quantitative research and sampling used the purposive sampling method for statistical assistance Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 24. The results showed that the servicescape variables, facilities had a positive and significant effect on intention to revisit, while the image of a tourist destination had no effect and was not significant on interest  revisit.
