Internalisasi Nilai Tanggung Jawab pada Anak Autisme melalui Pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila sebagai Upaya Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract


Children with autism require a special approach in character building, including in instilling the character value of responsibility from an early age. This value is an important foundation in the formation of a person who is independent, disciplined, and able to participate in social life. This study aims to examine and describe the process of internalizing the value of responsibility in children with autism through Pancasila Education learning as part of strengthening character education in elementary schools. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, which examines various literature sources such as scientific articles, journals, books, and previous research results. The results showed that the process of internalizing the value of responsibility in children with autism can be done through five stages of learning, namely introduction, contextualization, action, reflection, and follow-up. Pancasila Education learning that is designed inclusively, adaptively, and based on concrete experiences has proven effective in fostering a sense of responsibility in children with autism, such as maintaining cleanliness and completing routine tasks. Thus, Pancasila Education plays a strategic role in shaping the character of children with special needs in elementary schools.
