Upaya Guru dalam Meningkatkan Karakter Siswa dalam Pembelajaran
Abstract
The development of students' character is an essential part of the educational process in schools. Teachers play a strategic role in instilling positive character values through various teaching methods. This study aims to describe teachers' efforts to improve students' character through classroom learning activities. The method used is literature review by analyzing various relevant sources. The results show that teachers can enhance students' character by integrating moral values into learning materials, providing good examples, creating a positive learning environment, and involving students in character-building activities such as discussions, collaboration, and reflection. These efforts will gradually shape students to become responsible, honest, and respectful individuals with good character.
