Penerapan Question And Answer Method Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Majas Metafora Berbantuan Media Wordwall Di Kelas 4 SDN 01 Madiun Lor

Abstract


This study aims to improve students' understanding of metaphorical expressions through the implementation of the question and answer method supported by Wordwall media for fourth-grade students at SDN 01 Madiun Lor. The research used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach in two cycles involving planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection instruments included observation, tests, and documentation. The results showed an increase in student understanding from the first to the second cycle. Learning mastery rose from 70.58% in the first cycle to 90.91% in the second. The use of Wordwall media was proven effective in attracting students' interest in the learning process, while the question and answer method encouraged active participation. This combination of methods and media created an interactive and enjoyable learning environment, thereby enhancing students’ learning outcomes in understanding metaphors.
