Efektivitas Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning Berbantuan Media Snake and Ladders Pada Minat Belajar IPAS Di Kelas IV SD

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model combined with the Snake and Ladders game media in increasing the learning interest of elementary school students. The method used is a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The research subjects consisted of two classes: an experimental class using the PBL model assisted by Snake and Ladders, and a control class using conventional learning methods. Data were collected through student learning interest questionnaires and observations during the learning process. Data analysis results showed a significant increase in learning interest in the experimental group compared to the control group. These findings indicate that the application of the PBL model supported by the Snake and Ladders media is effective in fostering students' learning interest. The use of interactive and enjoyable media can create a more engaging learning atmosphere and encourage active student participation. Therefore, this approach can be an innovative alternative in elementary school learning.
