PENYUSUNAN MODUL ANATOMI DAN HISTOLOGI HEWAN BERBASIS HASIL PENELITIAN

Abstract

Modules include teaching materials that are used to help college students specific lecture goals. This study aims to determine the Tectona grandis leaf toxicity test, the results of which are used to collate animal anatomy and histology modules. The research method used in the preparation of the module is a qualitative descriptive method that describes the tissue structure of male mice resulting from toxicity testing. Data collection techniques using observation techniques (participant observation), researchers directly involved with research activities and use validation questionnaires to be validated to the validator. The results of the calculation of the validation of the anatomy and animal histology modules obtained an achievement level of 85.16%. The percentage of assessment results is matched with the module eligibility criteria and shows that all validated aspects are in very good qualifications with no revised/valid.
