Potret Kesiapan Siswa Bertranformasi Menjadi Pelajar Pancasila dalam Matriks Covey

Abstract


Menyoroti kebutuhan sumber daya manusia unggul berjiwa pancasilais, program pendidikan di Indonesia berupaya mewujudkan keinginan tersebut melalui kurikulum merdeka untuk melahirkan profil pelajar pancasila. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesiapan pelajar persekolahan dalam mengikuti paradigma pendidikan merdeka supaya terbentuk identitas baru menjadi pelajar pancasila. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey pada 134 siswa kelas X jenjang SMK. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 42,2 % menyatakan penting dan mendeksak, sementara 57,8% menyatakan penting namun tidak mendesak. Lalu tidak ada yang menyatakan tidak penting dan mendesak, maupun tidak penting dan tidak mendesak Hasil penelitian merekomendasikan supaya mengeksplorasi faktor demografi yang berpotensi mempengaruhi kesiapan siswa bertranformasi menjadi pelajar pancasila.

Abstract
Highlighting the need for superior human resources with a Pancasila spirit, educational programs in Indonesia seek to realize this desire through an independent curriculum to create a profile of Pancasila students. This study aims to describe the readiness of school students in following the independent education paradigm in order to form a new identity as Pancasila students. The research method used a survey on 130 students. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that 42.2% said it was important and urgent, while 57.8% said it was important but not urgent. Then no one stated that it was not important and urgent, nor was it important and not urgent. The results of the study recommend exploring demographic factors that have the potential to affect the readiness of students to transform into Pancasila students.
