PENGARUH BURNOUT DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA KURIR SHOPEE DI MADIUN

Abstract


This research is entitled "The Influence of Burnout and Workload on Organizational Commitment to Shopee Couriers in Madiun". The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of burnout and workload on organizational commitment to Shopee couriers in Madiun. The population in this study were all Shopee couriers in Madiun, namely 83 couriers. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling technique using saturated sampling (census) by obtaining 83 samples. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, while the analytical tool uses SPSS 25. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). Based on the results of the t test, it was found that the burnout variable (X1) partially had a significant effect on organizational commitment (Y) with a significance value of 0.000. workload (X2) partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment (Y) with a significance value of 0.000. burnout (X1) and workload (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment (Y) with a significance value of 0.000
