ANALISIS RELIGIUSITAS TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Kasus Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Sentra Roti Ponorogo)

Abstract written less than 200 words This study aims to determine the effect of religiosity on employee performance at SMEs Sentra Roti Ponorogo. This research is a quantitative descriptive type that uses primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is simple linear regression analysis by applying validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using t test, F test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that the variable of religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Then, the value of R2 is 0.367, which means that the variation of the independent variable religiosity contributes to the performance of employees at the Ponorogo Roti Center Factory by 36.7%, while the remaining 63.3% is influenced or can be explained by other independent variables not in this study.
