Penyusunan Ensiklopedia Digital Berbasis Analisis Vegetasi di Kawasan Sumber Mata Air Gembes, Ponorogo

Abstract


  

The development of digital technology has presented new opportunities in education, one of which is through interactive and easily accessible digital encyclopedias. This study aims to develop a digital encyclopedia based on vegetation analysis in the Gembes Spring Area, Ponorogo, as a learning medium and educational tool for the public. The method employed was a descriptive, quantitative approach through vegetation inventory, encyclopedia development, and validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and respondent testing. The study identified 60 species of understory vegetation and seven tree species, which were then presented in an interactive digital encyclopedia. The media expert validation obtained a score of 84%, the subject matter expert validation 74%, and the respondent testing averaged 91%. Thus, the resulting digital encyclopedia is deemed suitable for use as a biology learning resource and a means of ecological information that can increase public literacy regarding the importance of vegetation in preserving water resources.
