PENYUSUNAN MODUL BIOTEKNOLOGI SMA BERBASIS RISET UJI POTENSI ENZIM SELULASE DARI KAPANG Trichoderma viride DALAM MENDEGRADASI BAHAN SELULOSA
Abstract
This study aims to produce research-based modules on biotechnology material. The preparation of the biotechnology module is carried out using research and development methods which are adaptations of the stages of Borg and Gall's (1983) module development, which consists of 6 stages, namely Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Developing Preliminary Form of Product, Preliminary Field Test, Main Product Revision and Main Field Testing. The study was conducted in May-July at the Biology Laboratory 2 of the University of PGRI Madiun and SMAN 1 Kedunggalar. The results of the test of cellulase enzyme potency of Trichoderma viride mold in degraded cellulose material were carried out, the entire data obtained was compiled into the SMA / MA XII Biotechnology Module Potential of Cellulase Enzyme from Fungi Trichiderma viride in Degradation of Cellulose Material. The SMA / MA XII Biotechnology Module was tested by two expert validators with the results showing 82.81% which showed that the module could be used in the field with very good and valid qualifications.
