KARAKTERISTIK ISOLAT KAPANG ENDOGENUS PENDEGRADASI LIMBAH PLASTIK

Abstract

The aim of this paper was to knew the characteristic of fungal with plastic polymer degradation potency that isolated from TPA Madiun soil. The analysis was carried out using makroskopis and mikroskopis characteristic identification. A colony of fungal was developed in a PDA medium that modified by polythene powder. The colony was developed showed that in each of petridish appearance of clear zone only after two day.  The higest efficient fungal was EA2 colony with clear zone colony ratio 1,4 cm. EA1 and EA3 colony showed 0 cm in each patridish. This study showed that three species fungal which isolated from TPA Madiun soil, had the degradation potential of plastic polymer. Three species from isolated treatment (EA1, EA2, EA3) has been identified as Thricoderma sp, Aspergillus flavus, and Aspergillus niger characters
