STUDI KOMPARASI METODE DEMONSTRASI DAN METODE EKSPERIMEN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR KELAS III SDN PATIHAN MADIUN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the difference of demonstration method and concrete media-assisted experiment method to the learning result of theme 8 class III SDN Patihan Madiun academic year 2016/2017. Researchers use quantitative research comparison with experimental research method. The population in this study is all students of class III SDN Patihan Madiun consists of class IIIA amounted to 34 students and class IIIB amounted to 31 students. This study takes the sample of the entire population. The sample used is the students of class IIIA SDN Patihan Madiun as experimental class which will be given learning using concrete media-assisted experiment method, and for comparison that is class IIIB SDN Patihan Madiun will be given learning by using concrete media-aided demonstration method. Instruments used to collect data in this study is the use of syllabus, RPP, and test student learning outcomes. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that has been done can be seen that thitung = 4,097 and ttable = 2,000. It can be seen that the use of experimental methods and methods of demonstration affect the students learning outcomes theme 8 with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. In the end can be drawn a conclusion from this research that there are different methods of demonstration and concrete media-assisted experimental methods of student learning outcomes theme 8 class III SDN Patihan Madiun School Year 2016/2017
