Abstract


Preparation of Animal Histology Module Based on Research on Potential Test of Elaeocarpus sphaericus Schum Fruit Against Blood Sugar Levels and Testicular Tissue Structure of Male Mice as literature and reading. The module validation test was carried out by two material expert validators and a media expert by filling out the validation sheet. Data validation results are the result of qualitative descriptive data analysis in the form of criticism and suggestions from the two validators, there is also quantitative data expressed in percentages. The results of data analysis of seminiferous tubule lumen were used as animal histology modules with the title "Genital Fruit: Benefits of the Male Musculus Reproduction System". The validation of the material expert module resulted in an achievement level of 77.08% being in good qualifications with unrevised and valid information, while the validation test for media experts, the animal histology module obtained 68.33% being in good qualifications with unrevised and valid information.
