PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN C-PBL (CONTEXT- AND PROBLEM BASED LEARNING) PADA MATERI SUHU DAN KALOR UNTUK MENTRANSFORMASI PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PESETA DIDIK

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman konsep peserta didik melalui model pembelajaran C-PBL (Context- and Problem Based Learning). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed methods atau metode penelitian campuran dengan model Embedded Experimental Desain. Metode penelitian campuran adalah pendekatan penelitian yang mencakup menggabungkan, menghubungkan, dan mendukung proses pengumpulan dan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI di salah satu SMA kota Bandung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik purposive sampling Sampel yang digunakan adalah kelas XI MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Kelas eksperimen akan diberi tes akhir (posttest) setelah diterapkan model C-PBL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. peningkatan pemahaman konsep peserta didik untuk materi gerak lurus termasuk dalam kategori sedang dengan nilai N-gain sebesar 0,64. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan model C-PBL memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep Fisika
