Analisis Kebutuhan terhadap Pengembangan E-Modul Berbasis Flipped Classroom untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis pada Materi Gelombang Mekanik

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kebutuhan dari perspektif guru terhadap pengembangan E-Modul berbasis Flipped Classroom dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis pada materi gelombang mekanik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan sejumlah 30 guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran fisika di berbagai sekolah di Kota Surakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan survei online yang berisi pertanyaan tentang penggunaan modul elektronik, pengalaman dalam pembelajaran Flipped Classroom, dan persepsi tentang pentingnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran fisika. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar guru menyadari pentingnya penggunaan modul elektronik dalam pembelajaran fisika. Mayoritas guru juga tertarik untuk mengembangkan modul elektronik sendiri yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Namun, beberapa guru menghadapi kesulitan dalam mengembangkan modul elektronik dan merasa perlu adanya dukungan dan bimbingan dalam hal ini. Dalam hal pembelajaran Flipped Classroom, sebagian besar guru telah melaksanakan pembelajaran di luar kelas dan mengkombinasikannya dengan pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Mereka mengakui manfaat dari pendekatan ini, seperti kemampuan siswa untuk belajar sesuai kecepatan masing-masing dan memungkinkan guru menghasilkan materi yang lebih spesifik. Namun, beberapa guru menghadapi tantangan dalam mengorganisir pembelajaran di luar kelas dan mengembangkan media yang tepat. Selain itu, para guru menyadari pentingnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam pembelajaran fisika. Mereka mengakui bahwa berpikir kritis adalah keterampilan yang penting bagi siswa dan relevan dengan tuntutan abad ke-21. Namun, masih ada beberapa guru yang merasa perlu meningkatkan penggunaan modul elektronik dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa.
