Urgensi Nilai Religius pada Generasi Z di Era VUCA

Abstract


Kelahiran kembali peradaban era Vuca pada hakekatnya adalah masa dalam kehidupan sosial ketika sistem teknologi berupa IoT dan AI yang dapat mengolah dan menganalisis big data telah terintegrasi ke dalam kehidupan sosial. Perkembangan nilai religious, khususnya dalam hal sikap dan perilaku anak menjadi aspek yang perlu diperhatikan. Banyak nilai-nilai positif yang bermanfaat bagi kehidupan sosial anak di masa depan yang diajarkan dalam kajia spritual. Akibatnya, perluasan akses terhadap pengajaran moral dan agama menjadi sangat penting. Nilai religius dapat membantu Generasi Z yang sangat beragam mengembangkan rasa bersama tentang kebenaran dan nilai spirutal. Dimungkinkan juga untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai agama dengan menjadikannya bagian dari rutinitas sehari-hari melalui ritual seperti ibadah. Penghayatan nilai-nilai agama, mulai dari rumah, kelas, dan masyarakat, sangat penting bagi tumbuhnya keyakinan beragama. Mengembangkan nilai-nilai religius sangat penting jika penduduk Indonesia yang majemuk ingin hidup damai satu sama lain. Ini harus menjadi gerakan sosial yang mencakup semua, direncanakan dengan hati-hati oleh pemerintah dan dilakukan bersama oleh setiap sektor masyarakat, dimulai dari rumah dan berlanjut melalui sekolah dan lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract
The rebirth of civilization in the Vuca era is essentially a period in social life when technological systems in the form of IoT and AI that can process and analyze big data have been integrated into social life. The development of religious values, especially in terms of children’s attitudes and behavior, needs attention. Many positive values that are beneficial to children's social life in the future are taught in spiritual studies. As a result, expanding access to moral and religious teaching is very important. Religious values can help the very diverse Generation Z develop a shared sense of spiritual truth and values. It is also possible to instill religious values by making them part of the daily routine through rituals such as worship. The appreciation of religious values, starting from home, class, and society, is very important for the growth of religious belief. Developing religious values is very important if Indonesia's diverse population is to live in peace with one another. It must be an all-encompassing social movement, carefully planned by the government and carried out jointly by every sector of society, starting at home and continuing through schools and neighborhoods
