Abstract

This research aims to empirically examine and analyze the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation and disclosure, alongside Green Innovation practices, on Firm Value among energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange over a five-year observation period from 2020 to 2024. Samples were selected through a purposive sampling method following established inclusion criteria. From an initial population of 73 listed energy firms, 45 companies met all requirements, yielding 225 yearly observations. After removing outlier data, the final analyzed sample consisted of 161 data points. Statistical testing was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26. The findings reveal that Corporate Social Responsibility has a statistically significant positive effect on Firm Value. In contrast, Green Innovation did not demonstrate a significant influence on Firm Value within the studied timeframe
