Pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Monetary Rewards terhadap Happines at Work Pada Karyawan BLUD RSUD Caruban

Abstract


Most of the non-permanent employees at the Caruban Regional Hospital BLUD, who are employees with contract status, have problems related to job insecurity and the provision of rewards. Referring to survey results by Katadata Insight Center and Kurious, the two highest factors that can influence happiness at work are lack of recognition and appreciation. This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the partial and simultaneous influence of job insecurity and monetary rewards on happiness at work of BLUD employees at RSUD Caruban. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research population was all contract employees, totaling 141 people. The sample size was determined using the Slovin Formula with a sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results of this research are: (1) Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on happiness at work, (2) Monetary rewards have a positive and significant effect on happiness at work, (3) Job insecurity and monetary rewards have a simultaneous effect on happiness at work of BLUD employees at RSUD Caruban.
