THE INFLUENCE OF EASY, BENEFITS, AND SECURITY ON THE DECISION TO USE QRIS

Abstract

Technological advances in payment systems shift the role of cash into non-cash that is more efficient and economical. New innovations appear, a kind of transaction method that changes from time to time. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the benefits, convenience, and safety of the Indonesian Standard (QRIS) Quick response Code (QRIS) application for use decisions by the community in Madiun City. The method in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study is a QRIS application in Madiun City. Sampling technique using purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 385 respondents. Data collection technique using questionnaires. This research uses primary data to be analyzed. While data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. Research results show that: 1) Partially the ease variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS (Case study on the QRIS user community in Madiun City). 2) Partially, the benefit variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS (Case study on the QRIS user community in Madiun City). 3) Partially the security variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS (Case study on the QRIS user community in Madiun City).
