PENGARUH TUNTUTAN PEKERJAAN DAN PERSONAL RESOURCES TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT DWI PRIMA SENTOSA

Abstract


The high demand for products at PT Dwi Prima Sentosa, Ngawi Regency, creates job demands for its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of job demands and personal resources on work engagement among employees of PT DPS, Ngawi Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative, which is analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests using SPSS version 25. Data collection was obtained through a survey with a research sample of 329 employees of PT Dwi Prima Sentosa, Ngawi Regency using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the research analysis conducted were that job demands did not have a significant effect on work engagement, while personal resources had a significant effect on work engagement.
