ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT PENGUNDURAN DIRI PADA KARYAWAN GENERASI Z DI KOTA MADIUN

Abstract


This research aims to identify the factors that cause employee resignation. Using purposive sampling, 380 samples were taken from 980 employees who resigned in 2023. Data collection methods included field research and literature study. Data analysis used SPSS version 27 with three stages: data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The analysis results show a KMO of 0.885 and Bartlett's test is significant (χ² = 7239.503, df = 190, p < 0.001), indicating valid data for factor analysis. All variables have an MSA value > 0.50, with job certainty (0.852) being the highest and salary (0.562) being the lowest. Factor analysis produced four significant factors, but the EFA Scree Plot showed that only the first factor had a high exploratory contribution, while the other factors contributed minimally.
