Abstract


This research examines the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership on organizational commitment. The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence on the influence of organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership on organizational commitment to employees of PT Dika Teknik Madiun. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The study used a questionnaire model with 137 employees as respondents distributed via Google Form. Data processing using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 24 application. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of research on employees of PT Dika Teknik Madiun, it can be concluded that organizational culture, work motivation, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership, partially have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment to employees of PT Dika Teknik Madiun.
