PENGARUH BUDAYA PERUSAHAAN DAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN PATZY PET SHOP SE-KARESIDENAN MADIUN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of Corporate Culture and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Loyalty at Patzy Pet Shop in the Madiun Residency. The research sample consisted of 97 respondents. The sampling technique in this study is non-probability sampling, specifically using saturated sampling. (sensus). The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique supported by SmartPLS version 4.1.0.4. The results of the path coefficient indicate that corporate culture (X1) has a significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) at Patzy Pet Shop, with a T statistic value of 3.404 ≥ 1.96 and a P value of 0.001 < 0.05. The results of the path coefficient for interpersonal communication (X2) also show a significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) at Patzy Pet Shop, with a T statistic value of 6.565 ≥ 1.96 and a P value of 0.000 < 0.05. This research indicates that corporate culture and interpersonal communication are the main determining factors influencing employee loyalty at Patzy Pet Shop. It is hoped that business owners, especially in the field of corporate management, can maintain and enhance employee loyalty, particularly in terms of adhering to company regulations.
