PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN KERJA SAMA TIM TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT PADA RSAU dr. EFRAM HARSANA LANUD ISWAHJUDI MAGETAN

Abstract


This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the impact of each variable of communication and teamwork on the performance of nurses at RSAU dr. Efram Harsana Iswahjudi Magetan Air Base. In this study, a quantitative technique consisting of 145 respondents was used. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling method with a sampling method using saturated  or cencus samples. Data collection with questionnaires through direct distribution. SPSS version 25 is used in data analysis. The result of this study show that 1) communication has a positive and significant impact on nurse performance, 2) teamwork has a positive and significant impact on nurse performance, and 3) communication and teamwork have a positive and significant impact on nurse peformance.
