PENGARUH REKRUTMEN, RETENSI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. LATUINDO MURNI PERKASA MADIUN
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, retention and compensation on employee performance at PT. Latuindo Murni Perkasa Madiun. The sample in this study was 105 employees of PT. Latuindo Murni Perkasa Madiun. The sampling technique for this study used a nonprobability sampling technique by utilizing saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, namely. The results of this study are that partially the recruitment, retention, and replacement variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Latuindo Murni Perkasa Madiun.
