PENGARUH PENEMPATAN KERJA DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. KAO INDONESIA CABANG MADIUN

Abstract


This research aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of work placement and emotional intelligence on the work effectiveness of employees at Pt. Kao Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 111 respondents. The method for taking samples is to use saturated samples. Data collection in this research used a questionnaire with direct distribution. The data analysis technique uses the IBM SPSS 23 software test tool. The results of this research prove that work placement has an effect on employee work effectiveness. Emotional intelligence influences work effectiveness. In fact, work placement and emotional intelligence simultaneously influence employee work effectiveness.
