PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA, KERJA SAMA TIM, DAN KETERLIBATAN KARYAWAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA PT LAMDA UTAMA KONSULT KOTA MADIUN

Abstract


This research examines the influence of job satisfaction, teamwork, and employee involvement on organizational commitment. The aim of the research is to provide empirical evidence about the influence of job satisfaction, teamwork, and employee involvement on organizational commitment at PT Lamda Utama Konsult Madiun City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The questionnaire model with 63 employee respondents was distributed via Google Forms and processed using SPSS. Based on the results of data analysis and research discussion on employees of PT Lamda Utama Konsult Madiun City, it can be partially concluded that job satisfaction, teamwork, and employee involvement have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment among employees of PT Lamda Utama Konsult Madiun City.
