PENGARUH EMPLOYER ATTRACTIVENESS DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP MINAT MELAMAR PEKERJAAN PADA GENERASI Z DI KOTA MADIUN
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present empirical data regarding the impact of employer attractiveness and compensation on Generation Z's interest in applying for jobs in Madiun City. Quantitative research methodologies are employed in this study. Using questionnaires, 366 members of Madiun City's Generation Z demographic were the study's population. Purposive sampling was utilized in conjunction with the Nonprobability Sampling approach as the sampling strategy for gathering research data. The SPSS 27 software is used in the data analysis procedure for the study. The t-test, multiple linear regression test, and classical assumption test were used to analyze the data. The study's findings demonstrate that: 1) Generation Z's interest in applying for jobs in Madiun City is positively and significantly impacted by employer attractiveness. 2) Pay significantly and favorably influences applicants' interest in applying for jobs in Madiun City for Generation Z.
